– Roberto García, Area Manager, Andreu World
The company looks to minimise errors through systematic quality control and offer a 10 year warranty for all of their products against defects in workmanship and materials. The source material for most of their products is wood that comes from their forests, cultivated in accordance to quality protocols for each step. The wood is dried for more than a year after the harvest to prevent it from cracking in the future, and in all phases of handling. This particular process has been certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC®) and guarantees that the wood originates from reforested and controlled forests.
