At Love That Design, we count ourselves extremely fortunate to be in a position that allows us in depth conversations with some of the most talented interior and product designers, both regionally and globally. As a nod to 2021, we thought to pick out the choicest nuggets of wisdom from these talks in the last year, and compile them here for you.

Khuan Chew is a name synonymous with the design of the Burj Al Arab. In fact, she was the first architect/designer to garner celeb status within this region, paving the way for many more spectacular additions to the UAE skyline by renowned names in the A&D industry. Firas Alsahin founded 4Space Design in Dubai in 2011 with business partner, Amjad Hourieh. The firm has cultivated quite a name as designers of dramatic, dynamic and experiential spaces, particularly in the F&B and hospitality sectors. 4Space Design eschews quantity for quality, maintaining a hands-on approach that allows them to meticulously manage every phase of the design process with their clients.
