HOOD MINI Pendant

Sound absorber and light source in one

Hood Mini has the same modular thinking as Hood and can be used both as a single luminaire or in linear systems. “Hood Mini is a good complement to Hood and it also has neater expression and a more available price point”, says John Löfgren from FUWL.

Material & design
Hood Mini combines several functions, it is a decorative feature, spatial design cue, sound absorber and light source. It has a shade in molded polyester felt and screws in lacquered aluminum. Light engine is in molded metal and the diffusor is in opal acrylic

Light engine equipped with LED combined with diffuser in opal acrylic. Available for single and system.

E27 socket
We recommend a Cold Cathode lamp in Globe model. Colour rendering CRI > 80. Rated lifetime 25 000h. Available as single luminaire.

Colours
Hood Mini comes in five calm standard colours, close to nature, to suit most environments; Dark grey, Light grey, Navy, Blue green and Terracotta.

Mounting
Hood Mini is easily assembled and requires no tools. Assembly of the screen sections is easily done with a simple screw solution.

Light source
Light engines are throughwired with quick connectors.

Light source
PRO: Including LED light source, colour temperature 2700K, 3000K or 4000K. Colour rendering: CRI 80 (CRI 90 on request). Lifespan L90B10 100 000h. Calculated according to TM-21: L95 100 000h.

E27: Is delivered without light source. Recommended light source is available as an accessory and is compatible with a variety of dimmers (see list of dimmers). Recommended dimmer is compatible with Schneider Electric Trend and Exxact frame available as accessory. Lifespan L70 25 000h for recommended light source.

Driver
PRO: DALI/DSI driver that regulates the light with amplitude modulation creating a flicker-free light. Dimming 1-100%. The programmed light settings remain, even after power cut. SwitchDim and CorridorFunction possible. Lifespan: 100 000hrs.
