Arquea Arquitetos is an architectural firm based in Brazil. The office was created in 2008, when the architects Bernardo Richter, Fernando Caldeira de Lacerda and Pedro Amin Tavares, decided to get together and share their new ideals and expectations to offer a new concept of architecture. Today, the office develops projects of different scale and programs, such as houses, commercial and housing buildings, public and cultural spaces and urban planning studies. Their goal is to overcome the client’s expectations creating an architecture that surprises the senses. A result of a natural creative restlessness, constant reseach and studies of themes that envolves the relation of people and spaces. The critical and reflexive posture of the office results on unique projects, signed and linked to the vanguard of technique and contemporary production, adding not only physical values to their work, but also economic.
