ASZ is the executive arm of ASZarchitetti group. We do design development, project management and construction management.
Founded in 1998 in Florence (Italy) by architect Andrea Sensoli, the firm has soon partnered with prime brands in the luxury retail; besides it has worked on architectural projects of different kinds. From 2010 ASZ has gone international, with the subsidiaries of Dubai, Shanghai and now Teheran, which cooperate beside an engineering consultant network throughout Europe, Middle East and Asia.
ASZ has accomplished up to 200 projects in luxury retail, commercial and residential in many different countries. They provide a broad range of services: interior design, integrated design development, construction administration and program management from tender to handover.
In design, their passion is driven by solid principles. They always look from a different angle to find appropriate solutions and thoughtful communication. They travel the world on consistent learning about ultimate studies, models and tendencies in lifestyle, retail, architecture and art. In development, the key to their success is the integrated approach and close work with the client, to develop the working environment on time, on a budget and looking beautiful.
