DLS is an award winning design firm with a focus on completing unique and innovative projects while at the same time keeping in mind sustainability and budget requirements.
DLS has completed many public realm projects, as well as hospitality, retail, and façade lighting schemes. Some of our recently completed projects include, Box Park and La Mer with Meraas, The Kempinski Mall of the Emirates Hotel With MAF, Hyatt Regency Dubai, Ritz Carlton Dubai, Sofitel Palm Jumeirah, Zaabeel Palace Driveway. In regards to Urban and Public realm lighting, we have done the design for the 3 million sqm Dubai Maritime City project, the Master plan for Lusail City main promenade, The Wave Oman, The Beirut Waterfront lighting with Steven Holl for Master developer Solidere and the new downtown Opera District for Emaar properties.
In Dubai, we are currently working on prestigious projects such as La Mer, Dubai Parks and the Bvlgari Hotel and Residences with Meraas, aLoft Hotel with MAF, Boulevard Crescent and Mulberry Heights with BSBG for Emaar. In the past we have also worked on big scale facade lighting projects such as Dubai Pearl for the new MGM Grand including Bellagio and McLaren Hotels, Tatweer Towers, One Zaabeel, DMU towers, among others. In Abu Dhabi, DLS has worked with TDIC on projects such as Al Bateen Wharf and the award winning Anantara resort (Qasr Al Sarab) in the Empty Quarter. We are currently working on Four Seasons Abu Dhabi for Mubadala with Buro Happold, Hard Rock Hotel AABAR with AEDAS.
