Originally established in 2014, UAE-based DZ Design studio has grown to become one of the top interior design companies in Dubai for mid-size hospitality, residential and commercial projects. Drawing on more than 30 years of combined experience in the fields of global hospitality design firms and retail groups, the team is capable of delivering complex projects within a rapid turnaround time and ensures an easy client onboarding process.

From the initial feasibility study and strategic counseling, to detailed tender and construction packages, alongside FF&E specification and value engineering services, the company’s 10 qualified and dedicated architects and designers ensure that all costs are determined and approved during the early stages of the decision-making procedure.

Budgets and deadlines are given paramount consideration and always adhered to – while the highest level of control over the quality of work is maintained throughout the lifespan of each individual project.

DZ Design’s latest completed projects include Pullman hotel in Downtown Dubai, Bank of Baroda regional HQ in Dubai, Citymax hotel Business Bay, Hilton Residences in Africa, and luxury residential villas in Khawaneej and Dubai Hills. Dina and her team are currently working on design work for Best Western Africa, an IT office in Jebel Ali, luxury residential properties in Al Khawaneej and Abu Dhabi and a 5-star resort in Ras Al Khaimah.
