Sweett Group has been supporting clients in the UAE since 2006. From an early involvement with the carbon neutral Masdar City Masterplan, our team has since grown to 100 professionals providing expert advice across all emirates and the wider region, with projects reaching as far as Morocco to the West and Kathmandu to the East.
Operating out of offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the UAE remains the primary market for Sweett Group in the Middle East and we are committed to its long-term development.
Our team in the UAE has built an exceptional reputation for service excellence across the full range of our professional consultancy services, delivering our core expertise in project management, cost management, claims and dispute management and building surveying together with special services such as asset management and health planning.
Our portfolio is diverse and comprises commissions across the commercial, education, hotels and resorts, retail, mixed use, transport, leisure, residential and energy sectors including undertaking and successfully delivering projects for prestigious clients such as Emaar, Mubadala, TDIC, Dubai Airports, Al Wasl, EmiratesNBD, Etihad Airways, Evolvence Capital, the Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nayhan Foundation and the Al Badie Group.
The Middle East business also oversees the operation of our office in Colombo (Sri Lanka) where a growing team of over 30 quantity surveyors and project managers are based.
