Designer Rock Galpin takes us through a project journey to showcase the design challenges and evolution of the new Lugano Collection for Morgan Furniture.

From initial brief to design concepts, art direction to 3D CAD modelling, the talk also focuses on the sustainability approach, prototype development, and the ergonomic testing, all the way to the final product launch.
