Haworth will discuss the impact that female leaders have made in the real estate sector in this region, as well as the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.

They will dive into career lessons and industry reflections, explore the real, day-to-day impact of gender diversity at work, and discuss how the industry has evolved with more women in leadership roles in specialized fields in the built environment, which has in the past remained a predominantly a male domain.
