Even before the COVID 19 pandemic, it was hard to cope with the sheer number of new-work planning approaches. But now the developments in ways of working have become even more dynamic, complex and difficult to predict. Do we even need offices still? And if so, what for? What do corporate workplaces need to look like in order to compete with other rival locations? How can analog and digital spaces interact?

A human-centered workplace offers the greatest potential for developing future-proof designs – provided the right solutions are implemented. But how do we define “right”? What questions should be asked and foundations created in order to design spaces and take decisions about technology and design?
