MMA Projects was challenged to design Petraviva’s new retail space to promote the brand’s new image and showcase their products from raw materials to final products, and create functional spaces for administration, that can coexist naturally and effectively.
Kreatif Mimarlik and Cannon Design collaborated on the concept design and medical planning of Koc University Medical Sciences, which was created to fill the need for a new medical department as well as serve as a functioning hospital.
The design for Dai Forni restaurant was inspired by the tastes, smells and textures of the Mediterranean, and in particular, the island of Sicily. Designed by Kokai Studios, the restaurant is part of the emerging global, cultural, culinary trend of regional rather than national cuisines, and the restaurant design and cuisine are a testament to this trend.
The design for Dubai-based digital and tech solutions company, Evoteq, features a series of flexible, activity based working spaces that are tied together to form an immersive and interactive office within an open plan space. Designed by Roar (Pallavi Dean Interiors), with fit-out by Optimize Technical Services LLC, the inspiration for the office stems from binary codes with angular shapes (representing the 1’s) paired with circles (the 0’s).
The design brief given to Studio IDA for the new Al Huzaifa Furniture showroom was to provide a fresh contemporary feel that was not only inviting, but also capable of adapting to the ever changing furniture display, based on season and market trends. And this was successfully achieved with contracting work by Embelle Interiors.
H2R Design was tasked with creating the interiors for Dubai’s first Bagel Yard cafe, already a renowned bagel concept in Montreal. The designers take inspiration from the brand’s fresh and natural philosophy, by creating a contemporary and naturally lit space adorned with a variety of plants for contrast and texture.

Designed by Roar (Pallavi Dean Interiors) with contracting work by Cambridge Consultants, the design brief for Ora, Nursery of the Future was to create a learning experience with innovation and futurism in a nurturing environment that is also playful, stimulating and social.
Private Head Office in Kuwait City, was designed to meet modern working requirements by creating an environment that offers visitors and staff the best mix of office/task geography. Designed by Pace Interiors, the office was styled to make space for quiet work zones and collaborative areas.
Rock House is not your average residential project. Designed by AGi Architects and located in Kuwait, the main structure is composed of reinforced concrete, shaped in a similar form as folded origami, and circumnavigates around itself, creating a central courtyard that opens to all the spaces in the house.
Designed by Renda Helin Design & Interiors with contracting work by Avrupa İnşaat, the Konforsit Edu. Suites Boys Dormitory located in Eyup, Istanbul is based on two building blocks with a fantastically fictional theme throughout.
The Habita Coworking Office was designed by PAB Architects with a key focus on innovation, creativity and productivity through collaboration, interaction, and learning. The entrepreneurs who founded Habita wanted to sustain a creative co-working community where people could learn from one another, both professionally and socially.
Designed and executed by MMA, with contracting work by China Railway 18th Bureau Group, the main design directive for Axiom Telecom offices in Dubai Silicon Oasis was to create an iconic headquarter that represented the brand’s identity. And this has been achieved with remarkable finesse.
