SACHI Restaurant comes from love for food and passion for hospitality, ingredients that go into every detail of this modern dining experience deeply rooted in the Mediterranean traditions, while playing with Asian influences. Each plate is unique, characterized by the refinement of its flavours, expertly combined in order to evoke special memories. Sachi, which in Japanese means “Child of Joy”, is a place for sharing where dishes become a synthesis of tales and special journeys often truly undertaken by the couple who run the business.
This successful restaurant recently won the Best Luxury Restaurant in Egypt award and opened its doors in Giza, in Sheikh Zayed, under the name SACHI Park St, designed by Alchemy Design Studio.
SACHI Park St shares the philosophy and atmosphere of the SACHI Restaurant. The sumptuous halls on two levels are decorated with fine marble and wonderful mosaics which, together with the large windows and precious chandeliers, add a sophisticated touch to the environment. The 350 seats, organized in a way that encourages communication between diners, feature comfortable and welcoming seating, selected among the most prestigious Pedrali collections.
Among them, Ester collection, designed by Patrick Jouin: armchairs and barstools that seem precious monolith made of leather, selected in the tones of terracotta and moss green with refined die-cast aluminium legs. A mix of elegance, ergonomics and functionality in harmony with the surroundings. The attention to details is everywhere.
Jazz armchairs, characterised by harmony of shapes, ergonomics and elegance, stand out within the space. This collection features cosy upholstered seating with curved and embracing backrest, separated from the seat by a functional opening that makes them extremely functional. The seating is supported by a thin steel frame which guarantees a great balance of proportions and profiles. Laja collection, designed by Alessandro Busana and celebrating its tenth anniversary this year, and Gliss armchairs, designed by Claudio Dondoli and Marco Pocci, give colour and dynamism to the dining rooms.
The bar offers a selection of the best cocktails, which can be sipped with pleasure while sitting comfortably on Babila barstools, the popular collection poised between tradition and innovation by Odo Fioravanti.
