MICROOFFICE is Your Safe Haven

Fresh air like after a summer storm. Clean, free of dust and allergens. Sit down in our MICROOFFICE with the new system Clarity Protect.

We want your work in the MICROOFFICE to be as comfortable as possible. We know how important it is to have a quiet and safe work environment. The new Clarity System works based on ionization, which removes dust from the air, eliminates unpleasant odors, discharges static electricity and neutralizes dangerous microorganisms.

How does it work?

We all learned about positive and negative ions in school (molecules and atoms with a positive or negative charge). Ionization is the process by which ions are made (a neutral particle becomes a negatively or positively charged ion). Particles make up most of the matter around us, including the air – and the ratio of negative to positive ions in the air has an impact on how easily we breathe.

Negative ions have a positive influence on our health, and the recommended concentration is about 1000–1500 cm3. The typical concentration of negative ions in nature ranges between 1000 and 100,000 cm3. You can tell when there’s a high concentration of positive ions even without measuring: the air feels stale, your head hurts, you feel tired and stressed, and sometimes you even experience worsened allergy or asthma symptoms.

The Clarity System produces 10,000 – 200,000 ions per cm3, comparable with levels found in nature. We adapted the MICROOFFICE to make it easier for you to take part in long meetings with no negative impact on your concentration or health. The Clarity System is a new additional feature, which we can easily incorporate to your new MICROOFFICE or can be easily installed in your current MICROOFFICE.

Benefits of ionization

Negative ions can bind fine harmful particles and sink towards the floor along with dust, where they are caught by the air purifier. This means that the Clarity System destroys a wide spectrum of dangerous microorganisms (including COVID-19 and SARS), purifies the air of dust and lowers the risk of allergic reactions.

In addition to disinfecting the air, negative ions neutralize unpleasant odors, discharge static electricity and prevent electrostatic accumulation. More importantly, ionization does not involve any chemical changes to the air. Ions are naturally occurring particles and are in no way artificially created.

MICROOFFICE QUADRIO I WON THE ARCHIPRODUCT DESIGN AWARDS

Minimalist, functional design and high-performance ventilation are winning accolades – and office furniture design awards – for SilentLab’s MICROFFICE. This year MICROOFFICE QUADRIO I won except of BigSee Award also the Archiproducts Design Awards.

About the Archiproducts Design Awards: These awards are given by an international jury of experts approached by Archiproducts, which operates a large catalogue dedicated to design and architecture. The annual competition aims to discover and reward unique design across a variety of categories.

MICROOFFICE forms the core of our product portfolio and we worked with top-notch architects, acoustics specialists and ventilation experts to develop it.
