Swiss Bureau Announces The Promotion of Carina Lima To Design Director
Starting her journey with the firm as a Senior Interior Designer, Carina has quickly grown into a leadership role working closely with Zoe Allen, the company’s former Design Director, on managing all things design. During this time, she has envisioned incredible concepts while delivering several projects with grace, most notably Maison Santé Wellness Clinic, a government media office in Sharjah, and ATTIKO, an exciting new restaurant set to open its doors later this year.
With over 15 years of experience working with leading studios in South America, Carina is not only a wickedly talented designer with impeccable fashion sense but is also strategically business-minded. The firm states that her superb leadership, team development, and all encompassing design approach that place human-centered solutions at the forefront have promoted her to this position.
In her new role, Carina will continue to be responsible for leading the design team, further nurturing the creativity and collaboration Swiss Bureau was built upon. She will also continue to develop the firm’s active environmental policy, implementing innovative sustainable practices and driving the force toward spaces that positively impact the world and its people.
