3M is a highly recognized and respected brand known for its innovation and wide range of products across various industries. It has a long history dating back to 1902, and it has evolved into a global conglomerate with a diverse portfolio of products. The company operates in areas such as consumer goods, healthcare, industrial manufacturing, transportation, and more.

The main goal for the interior design of their Dubai Headquarters is to establish a corporate office atmosphere that encourages collaboration, flexibility, and innovation. It is also our aim to create a vibrant workspace and improve the overall employee experience by incorporating a harmonious combination of aesthetics, functionality, and design principles that prioritize the well-being of the employees.

Spanning across an area of 19,692 square feet, the office space is equipped with approximately 76 workstations, along with various meeting rooms and collaboration spaces. The layout is designed to be adaptable, accommodating the needs of 3M Office, Customer Center, as well as IT and server room requirements.

Neutral color palette, complemented by pops of vibrant tones such as red, yellow, and blue were used to stimulate calmness and creativity. Aluminum slat ceilings, feature ceilings, glass partition frostings as well as the phone booths feature 3M products.

To provide a balance between functionality and mood-enhancing illumination, while also considering energy efficiency, a combination of natural light, strategically placed windows, and innovative artificial lighting solutions were utilized.

The health and well-being of employees took precedence in the selection of comfortable and ergonomic furniture. Emphasis was placed on ensuring that the furniture harmonized with the overall design concept, resulting in a visually appealing aesthetic.

The importance of greenery inside the office was also taken into consideration. Thus, a live green wall and numerous potted plants were thoughtfully distributed inside the office.

Most of the products such as lightings and floorings were procured from international brands who are eco-friendly and are known for their commitment to sustainability.
