About the project
At 23 storeys high, this landmark custom building houses the administrative arm of ADCB + is one of the largest banks in the UAE in terms of shareholders’ funds and market capitalization.
For this landmark project, ADCB chose NORR to undertake the task of Design Development, Tendering and supervising the full Interior Fitout – Gensler (London) were the Interior Design Architect for the project.
The building’s transparency and clear cut lines are reflected in its Interior design, which is simple & functional, adopting solutions that personalize the working environment, a retail bank is housed on the ground floor, with finishes such as black stone, red back painted glass, opaque glazed ceiling back illuminated & white glazed walls add a highly reflective and contemporary finish.
Typical offices floors are personalized with open plan workstations positioned at the side glazed curtain walls, with management offices located in the Central block.
