About the project
An aparthotel located on the Ramblas thoroughfare in the heart of Barcelona, has undergone a major renovation to meet the current need for a new type of tourism. Allowing people to feel at home on vacation or on business trips, the rooms are designed as small apartments, including a living-dining area as well as a kitchenette.
HPL Polyrey Laminate has proven to be the ideal material due to its resistance to scratches, abrasion, impact and ease of maintenance. Indeed, the use of Polyrey laminate extends the life of furniture exposed to daily use such as headboards, tables, bedside tables, desks, dressers, shelves, doors and kitchen cabinets.
The combination of the two HPL decors used gives this place an urban and elegant style. The furniture of all the rooms is covered with Banian Blanchi wood decor from the Origine collection. While the kitchen has a plain Felt decor in the same tone which gives the entire space a relaxing atmosphere.
This selection of decors makes it possible to distinguish the different zones of the room by contributing to the chromatic uniformity of the space.
