Think agile, work mobile, connect as one. That was the Bosch Engineering Center Cluj’s premise when they decided to create a new working environment for the team, right in the heart of Cluj-Napoca.

Far from being a standard office building, Bosch Engineering Center Cluj’s new home encourages the company – an integral part of the Bosch worldwide engineering network – to reimagine and transform their working processes as they continue to realize state-of-the-art technology projects for the present and future.

Bosch Engineering Center Cluj required a modern workplace that would not only provide sufficient space for the team, but also act as a benchmark for the company’s Inspiring Working Conditions principles which respond to and foster the company’s culture, philosophy and work styles. Morphoza, in close collaboration with Bosch Corporate department for Real Estate, defined the IWC principles in the local context and guided the Bosch Engineering Center Cluj Team through an extended change management process so the final result was a space dedicated to growth and innovation.

The spectacular result – a harmonious building in which the architecture, the interiors and the functions go hand in hand – is based on a close collaboration between Bosch Real Estate Department, FCM, Morphoza and Dico și Țigănaș.
