About the project
The project comprises of the Fit-out works to a partial Basement 1, Ground and First floor of the Building Totaling approx. 2,470m2.
The main areas of the job included the CEOs office, majlis, boardroom, separate office spaces, toilets, reception, lift lobbies and circulation area or corridors. The main challenge was coordinating the ID design with the architectural and MEP design so it all worked seamlessly. This was carried out through workshops during the Engineering or shop drawing stage.
