About the project
A global leader in alternative asset management, Brookfield awarded us the task of creating a sophisticated, conservative yet elegant & global design for their new office. The 15000 Sq.Ft. office is located in the heart of Mumbai’s commercial hub ‘Bandra Kurla Complex’, popularly known as BKC.
Having designed the world’s largest bank, ICBC’s HQ and their retail branch in ‘One BKC’, they had an added responsibility of surpassing our own benchmarks while delivering a state-of-the art office to Brookfield.
Along the design & execution journey, we were also delighted with the support received from partners like CBRE, Haworth, DEKO, Mohawk, etc. At the same time it was satisfying to leverage local talent for bespoke furniture pieces.What started as a design-build quest for achieving client aspirations, eventually became a cherishing experience for all.
