Bvlgari Home, Marina Loft

This residence in Bvlgari Home, Marina Loft features an exclusive maritime address, with the interiors laid out as a sophisticated open space concept. Designers ELE were tasked with designing a luxury weekend getaway for the clients, which could also serve intimate business meetings and be adaptable to fit a growing family.

With the core objectives and residential guidelines of the Bvlgari brand in mind, they focused on luxury, business, openness and adaptability for the concept ideation. The client had specific requests for every room within the apartment – for the bedrooms, emphasis was placed on natural light with luxury finishes and modern furniture. The guest bedroom was to be adaptable and versatile, including being able to convert it into a children’s bedroom at any point. In addition, the client had specific material requests, such as marbled walls, soft colours for fabrics and furniture, contrasting textures that would have a synergy with the original flooring of the apartment, and natural light from the floor to ceiling windows keeping the fresh, open space concept intact.

The finishing elements such as the home décor and accessories in aged metallic finishes elevate the furnished space and accentuate the different textures and colour palette. The master bedroom features blue tones to reflect the unique waterfront location of the residence.
