About the project
Cesme Vogue House features comfortable and stylish interiors, that would make it perfect for a summertime getaway.
Designed by the Escape From Sofa team, this popular summer destination in Izmir, Turkey, is styled to resemble an upscale house. The interiors feature natural and plain textures that offer a sense of comfort with a touch of elegance, whilst maintaining the summer spirit. Clean surfaces, a minimalist approach and soft colours pay homage to the blend of Scandinavian and South American contemporary design. The kitchen is laid out in an open plan style and connects to the living room via customised furniture and various design elements. Furniture for the project was custom designed and primarily hand crafted using natural textures, such as wood, marble and brass.
Overlooking a large garden, the glass openings minimise distinction between the outside and the interior, giving visitors a mesmerising view of the Aegean sunset.
