About the project
The client required a high end fit-out to showcase best in class when it comes to international diamond private viewing platforms / exhibition spaces. Incorporating elements from nature, and using the light and space to accentuate the geometry of the interior design.
Being a double height space with ceilings at over 6m high, the rooms we constructed had to be self-supporting, with their own cross bracing structure that was also on show and integrated with lighting, in keeping with the design ethos.
Further challenges included a gargantuan light sculpture that arched and cantilevered over the private viewing rooms, which had to be designed accurately then pieced together on site, and some double height rooms that required structural glass and spider fixings.
