About the project
Eataly, the brainchild of the businessman Oscar Farinetti, is a chain of medium-size and large stores specialized in sales and distribution of Italian food shaped up to be the reference point for quality Italian food abroad. Built on three levels with an area of almost 46.000 square foot, the emporium in Dallas offers a distinctive and contemporary experience hosting 10.000 products, a cooking school and three different restaurants, all inspired by the diversity of Italy’s regional cuisines.
Located on the main floor, “La Pizza & La Pasta” and “Il Pastaio” offer the authentic Neapolitan pizza experience coupled with housemade regional pasta dishes prepared fresh daily.
