Designed by Gavinho Architecture & Interiors, this villa in Estoril, with its sober architecture and angular shapes, stands out for its grand glass facade that breathes like a living screen, depicting the moods and tonalities of the sky. Solid and light, this residence coexists serenely between its indoor and outdoor spaces, flanked by a charming garden and a relaxing swimming pool reflecting the late afternoon sun. Abundant natural light, open spaces and details allow the design to breathe, and simple, sculptural furniture, neutral tones and comfortable materials give the interiors a sense of harmony.

“The clean vision that we aimed for these interiors reflects the architectural lines of the space and lets it breathe, complemented with iconic design pieces,” says Inês Gavinho, creative director of Gavinho Architecture & Interiors. The level of customisation and detail is elevated by custom-made pieces designed by Gavinho solely for this client, while the master suite, dining table and carpets are produced by Portuguese artisans.
