About the project
Designed by Dayala e Rafael Arquitetos Associados, this house is located in a private neighborhood in the city of Goiânia, capital of the state of Goiás, Brazil.
The JIG house was designed in steel structure anchored to a huge exposed concrete structure that sets the facade and various social rooms, allowing the use of large spans and cantilevers and maximum integration.
The view of a small valley was a determining factor in the sectoring of the rooms and in the location of leisure in the frontal region of the building. Natural elements such as stones and wood were used as a counterpoint to the apparent steel structure, bringing greater visual comfort and humanization to the space
