Nordelta Office, Buenos Aires

Based on the concepts of city and nature, MP WORKPLACES developed this office, which offers a series of spaces where people can choose where to work, collaborate and concentrate, a smart and efficient office that promotes productivity and creativity. Employee well-being and the building’s location in a natural environment were also key concepts for this project, emphasizing open views and natural lighting.

With this in mind, they designed an office that interacts closely with biophilic elements and topography, incorporating natural – feel materials, colors and patterns that add coziness to the space, combined with an industrial look. The programmatic development of the office functions as a city itself: organized into neighborhoods for the workstations and concentration areas, a central plaza where the working café, social and collaborative spots are located, connected by roads that link all the spaces.
