Deep-sea dining comes ashore at OSH Del Mar – a luxury destination for folk flavors and compelling coastal design at Address Beach Resort in Dubai.
A first-of-its-kind dining experience is turning heads toward Address Beach Resort in Dubai: OSH Del Mar, a stunning beach-side restaurant serving up luxury ‘MediterAsian’ seafood with an emphasis on ethnic Uzbekistani flavors.
Setting the scene for the fresh fusion flavors is a dreamy interior fit-out from A&T Group Interiors, which filled the 9,000 sq ft space with earthy materials, inspiring natural textures, and neo-Greek motifs to create a bright, weightless atmosphere that complements the iconic ocean views.
The vision for this project was to create a grounded, natural look that underscored the restaurant’s open cooking fires and fresh beachside breezes. Beyond delectable dishes, OSH Del Mar needed to deliver a dining experience that bridged ethnic charm with undiluted opulence.
The final result is a refined cultural hub that greets guests with an open-concept kitchen and a warm yet minimalist dining room where sandy colors, an abundance of wood accents, and hand-crafted free-form lights foster a tone that’s relaxed yet upscale.
Beyond the sweeping views of Blue Water Island, the Marina’s lagoon, and Palm Jumeirah, perhaps the most eye-grabbing component of the interior design is the fully customized parquet flooring, which features 350,000 individual parquet pieces meticulously handcrafted together into one mesmerizing piece.
The bar area draws attention, too, with a hand-carved natural stone bar top and all-new GRP panels. For guests in need of an exclusive space, the private dining room boasts a custom round stretch ceiling, bespoke wood panels, and wave glass elements – a unique design blend imbued with sophistication.
