This grand family getaway is a work of art, hiding in the slushy soil of nature, the structure is built to coalesce with its surroundings, becoming one with the rolling topography of its site. The ingenious ‘structure and system’ allows the abode to justify the clients vision of simple yet elegant outline of the design. The modern and minimal approach cadences the exquisite enactment of the designer.
The narrative of elegance and regal is attained by the engineered work of subtle tones in the spaces embossed by arts and furniture features. Underlining the homogenous essence of the home and in response to the topography, material palette of concrete, veneer and acrylic base textures were implemented. Sprawling into the abode of four bedrooms, two exclusive living rooms and enhanced outdoor landscape, the layout is crisply zoned into the layers of private and family spaces.
