About the project
A dreamy interior welcomes hungry hearts at Restaurant Carmel Market. This eatery, bar and garden hotspot in Utrecht is more than a love affair with Mediterranean foods—it’s a journey to the ancient Levant. The architects have successfully created a space that appears to have been cut out of another world.
Custom acoustic wall claddings, designed by AkoVision, embellish the indoor surroundings and perfectly blend with the existing setting and furnishings. As such, the interior is an excellent testimony to how anyone can discreetly improve restaurant acoustics without compromising the original design vision.
