About the project
The brief for KPS was to deliver a complete design and fitout – giving their people a modernised, flexible workspace. Functionally, it is sound. A balanced blend of open and closed areas provides a dynamic space for individual and group work.
Splashes of pastel pink in the kitchen and meeting rooms give the space an unconventional, yet familiar feel. Built with LEED standards in mind, the office comes with dimmable lights, presence detectors, and recycled materials throughout.
Other features include meeting booths, a foldable soundproof partition wall, and a smart booking system – equipped with touchscreens for each room. Once the fit-out was complete, the only thing missing was the furniture, which was still in a shipping container, several weeks away from delivery. With the deadline fast approaching, they provided temporary furniture until the shipment arrived – helping them deliver the project on time.
