About the project
Intended to be rolled out globally, VIT, Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is a healthy juice and small bites concept. A collaboration between LXA and HMS Host International, VIT Schiphol is the first of its kind for the brand. LXA London and Dubai delivered the design and branding for this exciting young concept.
Designed to emulate a greenhouse, the self-supporting structure takes on a frame-like feel. Raw, sculpted, concrete counters with white reconstituted stone set the base palette. The accent colours are leafy green and citrus yellow that further play up the health and vitality angle. Simple, large lettering on the signage is intended to catch the customer’s attention.
Lemon trees surround the frame-like structure. A small ‘back of house’ extension to the counter is clad in white and green metro tiles. Suspended greenery in the back wall softens the industrial edge and gives off a friendly and approachable vibe.
