When the new VolkerWessels office in Rijssen opened, people were very proud of it. It was a high-quality, sophisticated office, which had invested in quality and sustainable materials. Now, 26 years later, it was time to adapt the office to current requirements. Reitsema & partners transformed the existing building into a modern, bright and sustainable office. Reitsema & partners, in collaboration with the client and design partners, focused on good healthy workplaces. By defining places based on peace and noise, they create a pleasant and efficient office environment for employees. This method results in an effective alternation between concentration, communication and stimulating spaces.
