Takyya by Al Tayer Stocks

Takyya: The connection between the past and the present.

Before modernization, a Takkya was the sole piece of furniture accessible in modest Emirati households. Today, Takkya and other comparable decorative items are often purchased by owners in an effort to pressure the legacy of their heritage.

The rustic wood outer shell, which was shaped using CNC technology to create a mashrabya pattern, demonstrates accuracy and quality, while the Bedouin hand-woven local fabric gives it a Middle Eastern feel.

Takyya has a traditional look, yet its contemporary shape makes it simple to include in any modern design.
