Practical lighting in a characteristic form
“Worker seems to fit well in the category of archetypal designs,” says Joel Karlsson at Krook & Tjäder Design, who in designing Worker, had succeeded in meeting the huge challenge of combining practical lighting with a characteristic form.

Joel believes the homely style adopted in many activity-based offices provides less effective lighting for a work environment.

Material & design
Worker round is a pendant with a shade in painted aluminium in combination with a shade in opal acrylic with a supporting base in cast aluminium. Features
Colours: Worker comes in six standard colours. In addition to the six standard colours, there is a selection of colours you can choose between for the Worker family.
Our new colour palette has been created in consultation with interior design architects and stylists. The colour options are available at a small price surcharge, irrespective of the number of luminaires you require. Supporting base in cast aluminium. Shade in opal acrylic and aluminium.

Installation
Suspended from 3 m textile cable with support wire and CableCup ceiling cup in flexible silicone for easy installation. Worker in black version comes with black textile cable. Other colors are supplied with white textile cable.

Connection
Terminal block in canopy 3×2,5mm² or 5×2,5mm² for dimmable version.

Light source
Worker 400: Including LED light source from Tridonic. Colour temperature 3000K or 4000K. Colour rendering CRI 80. Chromaticity tolerance max 3 SDCM. Life span: L80B50 50 000h.

Worker 600: Including LED light source from Cree. Colour temperature 3000K or 4000K. Colour rendering CRI 80 or CRI 90. Chromaticity tolerance max 3 SDCM. Life span: L90B10 50 000h.

Diffuser
Opal acrylic glass or microprismatic acrylic glass combined with optic film from BrightView. Worker with opal acrylic glass can be supplied with up to 4700 lm via programming of ballast.

Driver
On/Off or Dali / Light regulation via spring return push button (phase pulse). Programmed light level saved even after power cut. Corridor mode possible on request. Amplitude modulation which creates a flicker-free light. Dimming 1-100%. 1 driver/DALI-address per luminaire. Lifespan: 100 000h.
