Launched at ‘Salone Internazionale de Mobile in Milan 2014’.
Vitra Hexagonal Table by Alexander Girard, Limited Edition.
The most striking feature of this side table is its six-sided top in polished aluminium: Girard, known as a great designer of textiles, colours, patterns and textures, inscribed it with a three-dimensional pattern of triangles, which can reflect rays of light as a geometric motif on the wall. This structure and its playful visual effects counter the cool materiality of the design, whose elegant base with four splayed legs is also made of die-cast aluminium.
