Pide is at the heart of this restaurant’s menu and it boasts of ten different kinds of pide that are served from the brick oven that sits at the warm heart of Babaji. Pide, sometimes also referred to as ‘Turkish pizza,’ is a boat-shaped flatbread with a variety of toppings that may include ground lamb or beef; ‘Sucuklu,’ with Turkish sausage or ‘Peynirli’, with lashings of butter and cheese.
