Driven by their passion for architecture and their curiosity about the world, Benjamin Bancel and Ivana Barbarito live their craft as a shared commitment of all times, to develop in France and abroad each tailored project amidst their team heavily involved in the collective process of architectural design.
In a shared desire, Ivana and Benjamin based their firm Barbarito Bancel architects in 2011 after more than 10 years of experience, where different life courses and complementary insights are united by the common pursuit to renew at each new project, the pleasure of architecture, for the thinking of space designed by light, for the design, teamwork, encounters with clients and artisans, experimentation with new techniques and materials. A continued transformation looking for the balance between rigour, fantasy, sensitivity, method, discussions, listening, and many drawings.
