An architect graduated from the University of Guadalajara in 2015, with studies at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, he is the founder of César Béjar Studio where he works as an architect and architectural photographer.

He is currently developing architectural projects in Culiacán, Guadalajara, Costa Alegre Jalisco and Valle de Guadalupe in Baja California Norte. He has collaborated in the photographic documentation of architectural projects in Mexico, the United States and Europe with important architects from around the world. His photographic work has been published in digital magazines around the world, by publishers such as Gustavo Gili, and prestigious magazines such as Casa Bella, The Architectural Review and in The New York Times newspaper.

His photographic exhibitions in Guadalajara, Cancun and in the Crown Hall of Mies van der Rohe in Chicago in 2016 and 2017 stand out. He has participated in congresses and architecture workshops throughout Mexico and in Seville, Spain.
