The company Gasser Paul, based in St. Martin near St. Lorenzen in the Puster Valley, was founded in 1966 by Paul Gasser. He saw an opportunity to break new ground in the construction sector and began his work as a master mason with 4 employees. At the beginning, the area of application was mainly residential buildings. The small but motivated team worked in a motivated and reliable manner. The quality of the work bore its fruits and just a few years later Paul Gasser employed 30 people.
Construction services in civil engineering were expanded. Industrial halls, craft buildings, hotels, kindergartens, cable cars, club houses and schools as well as infrastructure work were now among the ambitious projects.
