The RSD is a network organization within the broader social domain and forms a link between municipalities, network partners, residents and the labor market. By aligning with the working methods of partners, they can serve customers even better. The RSD works together with social district teams, housing corporations, debt relief buddies, welfare organizations, employers, educational institutions, local initiatives from society and the Utrechtse Werkafel .
