Tashas Cafe

Every tashas is a little bit different and a little bit the same. Natasha Sideris is the owner of the South African café chain, Tashas Cafe.

Despite studying towards a degree in psychology, her dream was to create a boutique lifestyle café – a restaurant that would challenge conventional ideas about daytime eating. She wanted to design a space where people would be attracted to – timeless yet contemporary, original yet innovative. She envisaged a restaurant where the environment is as important as the food – place where food and conversation go hand in hand. She was fixated on the quality of the ingredients, the presentation and the vibe.
