Ideal Standard commitment to shaping sustainable urban development took center stage at the recent CPD Seminar in Nairobi, Kenya. The seminar, themed “Sustainable Urban Futures, Housing, Infrastructure, and Industrialization”, unfolded during Africa Climate Week, coinciding with the Africa Climate Summit hosted in Nairobi. The confluence of these events highlighted the paramount importance of sustainability in today’s urban development landscape.
During the event, Mohamed Said, Commercial Manager – Africa introduced Frederick Trzcinski, VP Marketing and Innovation MENA who presented to an audience of over 700 architects and decision-makers our core tenets, encompassing design and performance while articulating our nine definitive commitments to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. This engagement further solidified Ideal Standard’s collaborative endeavors with all stakeholders, fostering a mutual commitment to advancing sustainable practices in the industry.
The seminar provided an invaluable platform for Ideal Standard and our partner Ideal Ceramics to engage with the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors (BORAQS) in Kenya, further solidifying our regional connections.
