What dwp is looking for:
- Experience working within topflight design practices
- 7-10 years post qualification experience
- Demonstrated Influential creativity in the design of successful competition and/ or award winning schemes
- A portfolio reflecting experience within luxury projects
- Team based and collaborative style in meeting deadlines
- Desire to pass on knowledge to coach and grow emerging team talent
- Highly presentable and professional approach to all aspects of client delivery
