Roar Welcomes Vijay Nambiar as Associate

Interior design and architecture studio Roar welcomes Vijay Nambiar to its Studio. Vijay, who will be taking on his new position on 1st June 2022, joins the Dubai-based practice after 15 years of experience working as an interior designer at firms in both India and the UAE. 

India-born, Vijay holds a Bachelor of Interior Design from APIED, Vallabh Vidyanagar in Gujarat, and started working in the UAE in 2014.

Marking a new chapter in Roar’s almost decade-long history, the firm is set to imminently move into a new studio in Al Serkal – part of the new Al Quoz creative district zone – to accommodate an ever-growing team and allow for future expansion.

Roar is currently working on a plethora of projects including Bait Al Meyani event space in Sharjah, new offices for Havas, Tecom and Oliver Wyman in Dubai and Abu Dhabi as well as a new education and work space in Saudi Arabia, and a hotel in Morocco.
