Robert Woodward

Rob holds professional and advanced diplomas in construction management and has over fifteen
years’ experience in quantity surveying, estimating, and contract valuation. His record of projects covers new builds, refurbishments, fit outs and civil projects across the hospitality, retail, residential, commercial, energy, and industrial sectors.

Rob is a natural leader who excels in managing, training, and developing our teams at KPS. He is adept in pre- and post-contract services, from forecasting, cost estimation, value engineering, and analysis of claims and variations, through to final account settlement. Major projects have included Premier Inns, Sofitel The Palm, and Mall of the Emirates.
