About Christian Horner

​The designer, born in 1968 in Starnberg (Germany) and raised in Italy, completed his studies in design in Ron Arad’s master class at the University of Applied Arts Vienna in 1994 and graduated with honours. He gained experience in well-known design firms in Paris and Milan and through his longstanding work with Bene.

​In 2000 he founded the “Soda Designers” design label with Nada Nasrallah. They have worked for “Fontana Arte”, “MDF Italia”, “Rapsel”, “Ligne Roset” and “Wittmann”.
Horner has participated in exhibitions at home and abroad, including “Design Now” in Tokyo, “World Best Design” in Seoul, “Acqua e Cibo” at the Triennale di Milano, and others. He has been nominated for the Adolf Loos Staatspreis Design, Red Dot and other national and international design prizes.
