Jon Whyte has delivered commercial and cost management services on numerous construction projects over his career spanning more than 30 years with over 10 years in the UAE. His experience extends from the grass roots level on site quantity surveying to client-side commercial management. He has worked extensively on commercial, leisure, retail, residential, cultural,
hospitality and educational developments. His focus in the UAE is primarily on the cost and commercial aspects of a project’s development, including procurement, contracts management
and contract administration managing multiple stakeholders both regionally and internationally.
