Shaji Paily

Shaji is UAE’s longest serving employee, who has been with the company for over 10 years. Shaji has loved seeing Truelux develop into a mixed and diverse organization and appreciates the fact that everyone has an opportunity to grow and succeed once they join. Within the business, Shaji manages the day to day operations of our architectural lighting division along with being our resident guru on all things visa, insurance, and residence related. Outside of work, Shaji is a very active member of his Church and enjoys spending quality time with his family.
